Step 1: Liaise with staff
While not strictly necessary, it is a good idea to get in touch with our
technical services team in regard to your required outcome before submitting an
official request. This is to ensure we can properly accommodate you.
Step 2: Submit request
On submission you will receive a pdf copy via email including important information
such as the tracking number.
Step 3: Track request until completion
You will be notified via email on the most important status changes, although you may use
the previously supplied tracking number to manually query this at any time.
The status progression of a typical request might look like:
- Submitted - Submitted with necessary files attached.
- Pending Technical Officer (TO) Approval - Pending lead time/estimated completion
to be set.
- Pending Supervisor (SUP) Approval - Pending supervisor approval with account
details.
- Awaiting Technician - Request in queue.
- In Progress - Staff attending to request.
- Complete, Pending Sign-off - Pending final sign-off from TO.
- Signed Off - Completed.
